After using Penn State's much-touted Webmail2 product, I find it to be a complete disappointment.
At best, it is a new interface on top of the same woefully inadequate software.
It seems as though nothing has been done to address spam, as much more than half of my inbox is spam that has gone unfiltered.
Even worse, my spam folder regularly contains messages that aren't spam. Unlike many commercial Web mail providers, there is no mechanism for "training" the spam filtering to catch more and minimize false positives.
Without seriously fixing this problem, all the server upgrades in the world will not make Webmail any more usable.
