Police Log

Criminal Mischief: The State College Police Department said markings of graffiti were found at 131 W. Nittany Ave. Police said the graffiti was sprayed onto plywood encasing an outside stairwell. The tagging was in black and blue-green paint.

Burglary: Penn State University Police reported that a male student was found unconscious and intoxicated in the Research East building after hours. Police said damage was found in the building. The incident is under investigation.

Simple Assault: William Taylor was arrested and placed in prison on $5,000 bail Saturday after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend on the 100 block of Suzy Circle, the State College Police Department said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
