Three women and nine men were selected yesterday to sit on the jury panel for the Sept. 27 trial of Scott Paxson, the former Penn State football player who is charged with indecent assault.

Ed DeChellis may have been expecting a laid-back vacation, but it's ending up to be a pretty eventful week for the Penn State men's basketball coach.

Last night, the State College offense put up a lead that even its bullpen couldn't relinquish.

First base has been the final resting place for one second-year Spikes' player already this season. Matt Wilkerson is hoping that he can stick around at the position long enough to make sure he is not the second.

To former Penn State basketball player Travis Parker, there is no such thing as NBA-or-bust.
