Criminal Mischief: The State College Police Department said glass on the front door of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, 346 E. Prospect Ave., was reported broken at 2:46 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Mischief: The State College Police Department said 13 road signs and two traffic cones were found inside the apartment of two Penn State students at 131 S. Gill St., at about 3 a.m. yesterday. The students said the road signs and traffic cones were there when they moved in and belong to another roommate who is at home for the summer, police said.

Theft: The State College Police Department said two stop signs were taken sometime in the last few weeks. One sign was located at Calder Way and Barnard Street, the other at Calder Way and Gill Street, police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.
