Keturah Welton (senior-psychology), near right, of LifeLink PSU, and special-needs students from State College Area High School play Simon Says on the HUB lawn yesterday afternoon. LifeLink PSU is an organization established by a project that paired the Penn State College of Education's Rehabilitation Services and Special Education programs with the State College Area School District's Department of Special Education. The program lets special-needs students ages 18 to 21 interact with volunteer mentors, most of whom are Penn State students, at appropriate classes, lunches, club meetings and social functions.
