The column, "Pot laws examples of governmental hypocrisy," March 30, was extremely well written for an opinion piece. Lana Ulrich made some really good points, particularly those about the issues concerning where the government decides to give its attention. She examined real life subjects, rather than merely stating, "this is what I think." The column provided good reasoning as well, and the comedic aspect kept me entertained.

I'm not much for marijuana, but I'm definitely not against its legalization. I like that The Daily Collegian provides a decent-sized forum for the opinion section. Keep up the good work.
