"We are really trying to right the ship quickly," Isidor said. "We're still confident in ourselves as a team."
Offensively, the No. 14 Lions will be concentrating on moving more off the ball. On the flip side, the defense will need to become better organized in order to stop the Owls. Organization may lead to fewer turnovers, of which the Lions committed 21 against Princeton.
"Turnovers are key," Isidor said. "That is No. 1 right now."
They also had 18 turnovers in the loss against William & Mary.
On offense, freshman Megan McGuire saw significant playing time against the Tigers, and Isidor expects that she will continue to see that from McGuire. Lindsay Hagemann and Jenn Green saw time on defense and will also contribute that time again.
McGuire used her playing time to score two goals. Hagemann scored one, the first of her career. Green picked up one ground ball against the Tigers. Last season the Owls surprised the Lions with a 6-5 win. This was after the Lions had beaten some top-ranked teams before playing against Temple.
The roles seem reversed this season, as Temple just beat Brown and has won two straight coming into this contest.
"Temple came in last year and went right at us; we'll learn from last year's mistakes," Isidor said.
Johna Capaldo leads the Owls with 12 goals and 14 points on the season. Allison Frengs also has 14 points.
