Student injured in hit-and-run accident

The Mount Nittany Medical Center reported a hit-and-run pedestrian accident to the State College Police Department after a Penn State student sought medical attention Saturday.

Erin Brennan, 21, was treated for a concussion at about 7:30 p.m. after she was hit on South Pugh Street. She said she was struck by a maroon Ford truck and she reported the driver was a white man about 40 years old with black-rimmed glasses.
