Today's University Park forecast
Like the start of February, the beginning of March will see abundant
sunshine over State College. Cold air, however, will continue to embrace
the region for the first week of the month. Clouds will begin to roll in
this evening, as a weak disturbance to our west moves toward the
Keystone State. Rain showers are expected near sunrise tomorrow and will
linger throughout the day. As the storm system departs, it will draw in
colder air from Canada, changing any leftover rain showers into snow.
Although skies will be clear, temperatures will remain below normal for
the beginning of spring break.-- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service
