Cloudy with a few sprinkles and flurries
Today's University Park forecast
Spring-like conditions will momentarily return to State College, before the coldest air mass of 2006 brings arctic chill to the Mid Atlantic region by the weekend. The remaining snow cover will melt away as high temperatures for today and tomorrow approach the 50s. Rain showers ahead of the cold front will move into our area by tomorrow afternoon and continue overnight with the possibility of thunderstorms. The high temperature on Friday will occur in the morning hours before the passage of the cold front. Temperatures will tumble to below average levels for THON weekend.
