Theft: A cell phone, a Global Positioning System (GPS) and a lighter were reported stolen from an unlocked car on the 700 block of West Foster Avenue Sunday at about 10:15 a.m., the State College Police Department said. Total estimated value is $445.

Theft: A $500 digital camera was reported stolen from an apartment at The Diplomat, 329 E. Beaver Ave., during a party Friday night, the State College Police Department said.

Criminal mischief: A 30-inch-by-40-inch painting was reported stolen from Redifer Commons sometime between 10:30 p.m. Friday and 6:30 a.m. Saturday. Penn State University Police said an exit sign in Redifer was also damaged and a fire extinguisher was thrown outside in the snow. The value of the stolen items is estimated at $350.
