World news more important than strippers, USG fighting
Wow -- such news going on here the in the world of Penn State. The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) is bickering within itself again, the university still doesn't have enough on-campus housing to hold all students who need it, and the fraternities aren't too angry about not being able to have strippers or Jell-O wrestling at their functions. Oh wait, what's this? Coretta Scott King died? But we couldn't possibly forgo the other important news to give an unbelievably important figure since the Civil Rights Era the attention and respect she deserved with a proper article on the front page. The State of the Union address didn't even take precedence over strippers and USG. Please work on what takes precedence on the front page -- I would suggest new news take precedence over the repetitive reports on unchanging "problems" here on campus. What's next? "The bell in Old Main is still a recording and not a real bell, in case anyone was curious." Rachel Trosion
