Criminal Mischief: A handrail in the Grange Building was damaged by an unknown person sometime between Friday and Monday, Penn State University Police said. The estimated cost of damage is $600.
Theft: Various pipes, pieces of scrap copper and 35 fire extinguishers were reported stolen from a Graduate Circle building yesterday, Penn State University Police said. The estimated value of the items is $1,000. University Police Assistant Director Tyrone Parham said the incident happened sometime between Feb. 2 and Tuesday. He said they were taken from a building that was being used as a storage area while the Graduate Circle apartments are renovated.
