Cloudy with a few sprinkles and flurries
Today's University Park forecast
The cold weather we have experienced the past few days will last into the upcoming weekend. Any lingering snow showers today will be confined to northwest regions of Pennsylvania. Strong northwest winds will continue to filter in colder, Canadian air for the remainder of the week. These winds will force any major snow storms to our south. A weak Alberta clipper will pass through the area late Thursday night into Friday, producing little if any snow accumulations. The lake-effect snow machine will once again pick up in its wake, so snow flurries could linger into the beginning of the weekend.
