Housing contract shortage disappointing for students
The housing problem on campus is ridiculous ("Dorm contracts fail to meet need," Feb. 1). I am only going to be here for Fall 2006 because I will be abroad in the spring, and there is no way I'm signing a full-year lease for an apartment, so what am I supposed to do? Penn State officials appear to be greedy, and maybe if they'd stop accepting too many students or building suites that convert space meant for three rooms into one single room, there would be enough housing. Nice job showing that you care about students, Penn State. Liz Benullo
