I would like to remind the patrons of the fitness classes that just because one person had a bad experience in one class does not mean that all the classes are bad. If you do not like one specific class, go to another instead of personally attacking that instructor through a column ("Boot-camp style workouts lack effectiveness, enjoyment," Jan. 27).
Can you imagine how that specific teacher feels after reading that column? Each teacher has their own style of keeping people motivated, and each person responds to different types of motivation. I encourage you to continue to come to classes and find a teacher who motivates you personally instead of spreading your highly pessimistic and unwarranted opinion to others.
