Today's University Park forecast
After a considerably mild January, our transition to February will be an
abrupt one. A large disturbance is developing to our south, bringing a
significant change in the forecast. The past few weeks have been
relatively tranquil with little precipitation and warmer than normal
temperatures. This system will be juicy, bringing with it large amounts
of precipitation. A chance of precipitation prevails throughout the
entire forecast. Temperatures will still remain above normal; however it
will seem cooler than in the recent past.
