This is in response to the letter written about Democrats who lie ("Democrats continue to lie about taxes, minimum wage," Jan. 30). Spring Wahl's opinion is worthless because every politician lies, and it's comparable to walking outside saying the sun is yellow and then making the remark "that's my opinion."

If I went back to the beginning of time and wrote down every time a politician has lied, I would never finish before I died. Democrats lie, Republicans lie, Independents lie; it's the nature of politics and it's a dirty business. Just prepare yourself my friend, more lies are to come from politicians.
