Cloudy with a few sprinkles and flurries
Today's University Park forecast
In keeping with the trend this winter, this week will feature above-average temperatures and more rain than snow. After a rainy start to the day, conditions will dry towards afternoon. Clouds will clear out briefly tonight, however, they will move back into the area for tomorrow. On Groundhog’s Day, the sun will make an appearance or two, however, whether Phil sees his shadow or not is yet to be determined. A complex storm will enter the area Thursday night and will bring rain to the area for Friday.
