Today's University Park forecast
After spring made an early appearance, winter has finally come back with
a vengeance providing a stark reminder that we are still in the heart of
winter. The culprit is a moisture laden system which brought the area a
fair amount of wet snow accumulation last night. The flakes should cease
falling by noon today with skies clearing toward evening. A quick
clipper system will trigger a few lake effect snow showers overnight
tomorrow. The most significant feature of the clipper will be colder
temperatures, which, surprisingly teens are normal for this time of
year. Sorry everyone, but winter can only stay on hold for so long.
