This is in response to the article, "Women's group wants Paterno to resign," Jan. 9. Honestly? Give me, and the rest of Penn State fans, a break.

Pennsylvania National Organization for Women (NOW) President Joanne Tosti-Vasey should keep her mouth shut. Asking a legend like Joe Paterno to resign over a conversation that she and other women want to take out of context is absolutely ridiculous and insulting. Paterno is a legend not only because of his record, but because he is one of the most ethical and genuine coaches out there. Truth be told, a Florida State student's problem is really none of Joanne Tosti-Vasey's business in the first place.
