Protester messages unclear to students
To all the protesters our there on the campus, I have a very simple question: What are you protesting? Seriously, I have no idea. Isn't the point of protesting to get people to see your point of view? For about two weeks I've seen groups shouting and yelling in the HUB-Robeson Center. For what, I haven't the slightest idea. The most recent example came on Thursday with a group protesting the buses (I think) outside of East Halls ("Students urge a different route," Dec. 2). Once on the bus, theories varied from protesting the laziness that buses cause to the protesters trying to get the bus drivers fired. The protesters need to tell us what they are protesting before they yell at us. If they did, I might just agree with them. Dan Wood
