Today's University Park forecast
An upper level trough passing over Pennsylvania will bring cold air and
a few flurries throughout the day. A few rays of sun will manage to peek
through the clouds over the weekend, but the cool air will stay in
place. Snow will return to the region on Sunday as a low pressure system
moves through from the southwest. Light accumulations can be expected,
but the bigger story is on Monday as a possible Nor'easter will set in.
Snowfall amounts will depend upon the track of another low pressure
system. Heavier snow can be expected if the low tracks close to the
coastline.-- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service
