Rachel Barry (graduate-education) holds onto a rabbit that is up for adoption through the Centre County Rabbit Rescue. Barry and other animal enthusiasts were on hand during the PAWS Pet Extravaganza 2005 yesterday in the Agricultural Arena to help place homeless cats and dogs into homes. The extravaganza had raffles and auctions to raise money and awareness about spay-neuter programs and to try to change attitudes about pet care in the Centre region.
