Today's University Park forecast
It's going to feel a lot like winter as we approach Thanksgiving with
plenty of brisk air steaming in from Canada. A series of deep troughs
passing through the Northeast will keep temperatures below normal for at
least the next week. Most of the lake effect snow dumping four to eight
inches on Erie will remain to our northwest the next few days, but a
stray flurry cannot be ruled out. Temperatures will slightly moderate
over the weekend due to milder southwest winds, but another cool down
before Thanksgiving can be expected along with the possibility of snow.
