Today's University Park forecast
A potent low pressure system centered to the north of Lake Huron
triggered another unusual severe weather outbreak yesterday ahead of a
cold front. This same cold front will cross the area late tonight,
bringing with it a return to more seasonable fall weather. Skies will
clear tonight, with lows in the lower 30s and brisk winds. Sunshine will
be abundant on Friday and Saturday, with highs in the mid 50s. Clouds
will increase on Sunday, as another low pressure system approaches from
