Mostly cloudy skies and cool
Today's University Park forecast
Today, temperatures will remain on the cool side with clouds lingering. Despite the fact that we have not even made it to November, the temperatures will dip to just above freezing during overnight hours. Friday will be a semi-carbon copy of Thursday. However the winds will be picking up during the Homecoming Parade and throughout the night. Perfect football weather will prevail for the game, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower 50s. Unfortunately, the chilly temperatures will return during the evening, but the skies will be clear and ideal for stargazing. A reprieve from the cooler temperatures will come along on Sunday with temperatures almost reaching 60.
