Today's University Park forecast
After getting a quick reprieve from the gloomy weather last week, enjoy
the sun today and tomorrow as the term “gloomy” will describe our
weather again starting late this week. Mostly sunny skies and warm
temperatures will prevail today, with a thin veil of high clouds.
Temperatures will cool slightly tomorrow due to the passage of a dry,
weak wave. The significant weather-maker, a large low pressure system,
will begin affecting the region Thursday night with increasing clouds.
Rain showers will move in Friday and may not end through early next
week. Unfortunately, since the system will cut off from the main flow,
expect our weather to remain dreary for quite some time.
