Prison guard equipment was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Grace Street, the State College Police Department said. Someone entered the vehicle and removed about $380 worth of equipment, including a two-way radio, scanner device, duty belt, handcuffs, handcuff case and key clip. The investigation is continuing.
