Solutions to Napster problems available

I would like to respond to the article "Napster woes continue on campus," Sept. 29.

The article states that some Penn State students could not play songs they had previously downloaded from Napster.

I had this problem too, but I was able to correct it by logging onto the Napster program and then minimizing the software. I then opened the song in Windows Media Player and the player acquired the new license from the Napster server.

I got three songs to play again by using this method.

I hope this will help other students to play previously downloaded songs.
