Ted Fuller, a State College resident, plays trombone with his band, The Second Winds, outside the State Theatre, 128 W. College Ave., on Saturday. The Second Winds is a locally based jazz and blues band that was hired to add music to Saturday's College Avenue Mile race. The event was set up to raise money for the reconstruction of State Theatre. The band is scheduled to play at Webster's Bookstore Café, 128 S. Allen St., in November.
