Today's University Park forecast
The dry pattern we have been entrenched in for the past month will
finally take a break when a series of cold fronts moves through State
College over the weekend. The first of the cold fronts will pass over us
today, bringing with it a slight chance of showers. Skies will clear for
Saturday, but temperatures will remain seasonable. A stronger cold front
will sweep over us on Sunday, giving our region a better chance for
showers and possibly even a thunderstorm during the day. Temperatures
will be noticeably cooler on Monday with highs struggling to get out of
the 60s.
