PSU offers plenty of transfer information

This is in response to Thomas Mei's column "Main campus a let down for PSU transfer student," Sept. 21. The last time I checked, no one is forced to attend University Park, no one is forced to eat pizza, wings, and pitas every night, and no one is forced to walk down "Laguna and Beach" everyday to class.

For someone who doesn't own one article of Penn State clothing and can't stand for four quarters of a football game once a week, I would hardly call you a fan.

So please don't consider us equals by calling yourself as much of a fan as the rest of us on this campus.

We apologize for not having a subway system to accommodate your lack of endurance.

You knew perfectly well about Penn State's social life reputation.

Finally and most importantly, how dare you criticize this campus for supporting Thon. Thon bracelets are not fashion statements. These bracelets show our support of the Four Diamonds Foundation and the children from our area with cancer.

Again, no one is forcing you to go to school here so maybe you should get on a bus and go back to McKeesport Hall "hella quick."
