Hearing waived in house assault case

Kenneth Hubbert waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday, and a pretrial conference will be held Nov. 15. Hubbert was charged with aggravated assault, criminal trespassing and terroristic threats after State College police said he entered Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, 346 E. Prospect Ave., at 3 a.m. Sept. 11. The State College Police Department said Hubbert was looking for marijuana and waving a knife around. Police could not confirm Hubbert's address as of press time.
