Clay calvert, interim schreyer honors college dean, comments on the country's lack of knowledge about the constitution and recites the preamble to the u.s. constitution on the steps of old main on friday. the event, part of the celebration of constitution day, was sponsored by the office of undergraduate education and schreyer honors college, among others. more than 200 years after the constitution was signed, penn state is honoring the legacy of freedom that it created with a variety of constitution day programs, which started sept. 16. "The Constitution: An Exploration of Expression," a panel discussion of contemporary constitutional issues, will be held at 7 p.m. today in 101 Pattee Library. Panel members will be from Penn State and the State College School District.
