Friday's editorial "Sheehan sparked anti-war movement that reached as far as PSU," Sept. 2, forgot to mention that she is being backed and supported by the left-leaning MoveOn.org Web site and several other far left-wing organizations.

Today she is just a face, attacking the President of the United States. Her actions are "quisling-like," and do not support the men and women serving the country. The media in this country have not shown the many successful operations of our young men and women serving in Iraq. They are doing an outstanding job and represent the best ideals of this country.

MoveOn.org does not represent the majority position of the United States; her freedom to speak her venom is protected by the men and women serving this great country.
