Police Log

Theft: A computer and television were stolen from Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, 329 E. Prospect Ave., between Aug. 22 and Aug. 26, the State College Police Department said. The value of the computer and television is $1,050.

Theft: A green Gary Fisher bike valued at $500 was stolen from the 300 block of Locust Lane within the last two weeks, said State College police.

Theft: A gold BMX Freestyle bike was stolen from Stone Hall between midnight and 3 a.m. Aug. 26, Penn State University Police said. The total value of the bike is $1,115.

Theft: A Penn State staff member reported the theft of a drywall sander from Engineering Unit B between Aug. 18 and Aug. 25. The sander is valued at $600.

Theft: A non-motorized black MVP model wheelchair was stolen from outside the entrance to 243 S. Pugh St., about 5:30 p.m. Aug. 25, the State College Police Department said. It is valued at $1,000.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
