I totally agree Pennsylvania has to have stricter laws against sex offenders.

They must pass Jessica's Law ("New bill aims to change charges," July 28) in Pennsylvania. My child was molested and the criminal justice system in Pennsylvania is horrible.

First-time sexual offenders should be in prison for a maximum of 25 years, and for life on a second offense.

Too many families suffer from these traumatic crimes.

Once these offenders are behind bars they will not be able to ruin another child's life again.

I only hope they pass this bill; it will help save a lot of innocent children.
