Police Log

Theft: A student reported that his Apple PowerBook G4 laptop was stolen between 12 and 6 p.m. Wednesday from his basement apartment at 440 W. Foster Ave. The State College Police Department said there was no sign of forced entry and there are no suspects. The laptop is valued at about $1,200.

In case of an emergency, on or off campus, dial 911. For business and nonemergency calls, call the State College Police Department at 234-7150 and Penn State Police Services at 863-1111.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
