Allen St. Yesterday was the Vermont-based company's 26th annual national free cone day, and lines stretched from the entrance on Allen Street around the corner on to Calder Way for much of the day. Kappa Alpha Theta sorority co-sponsored the event. Temperatures reached almost 80 degrees in State College yesterday, and similar conditions are expected today.
