A State College woman reported being indecently assaulted yesterday at about 12:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Locust Lane, the State College Police Department said.

The 37-year-old woman was walking north on the east side of Locust Lane when a man approached her and asked her where she was going. He then grabbed her right breast, State College Police Sgt. Mark Argiro said.

The woman fled the scene and reported the incident to police.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned Latino man, about 25 to 30 years old, with short, black, spiky hair. He was wearing a faded, yellow shirt and brown cargo shorts, Argiro said.
