Today's University Park forecast
Our long stretch of beautiful spring weather can be attributed to a
slow-drifting high pressure system which is meandering over our region.
The skies should remain cloud-free while temperatures will be a bit
cooler than yesterday with lows dipping below freezing tonight. With the
nearest precipitation in North Carolina, the weather will continue to be
dry with the mercury rising well into the seventies by Sunday. A few
clouds will develop over the state for Sunday night as a small amount of
residual moisture moves in. Our next chance of precipitation will be the
middle of next week, so get out and enjoy the sunshine.
