Elephants from the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus stroll down Rt. 26. The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus started the Center for Elephant Conservation in central Florida. Formed in 1995, the facility seeks to conserve, breed and study the endangered Asian elephant. The circus, which will be held in the Bryce Jordan Center for the third time, starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday. The 135th Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Baily Circus tour began in Tampa.
