The Pink Slips from North Carolina play at The Darkhorse, 128 E. College Ave., for Roustabout! The group played at last week's Roustabout! This week, Roustabout will focus on the Pittsburgh music scene when it hosts Black Tie Revue and Chalk Outline Party at 10:30 p.m. Unlike other Roustabout! shows, the weekly concert featuring some of the best up and coming bands from all over the country will have no cover this week.
