The grass-trodden ring engraved on the HUB lawn this morning is the product of the first ever Relay for Life, a 24-hour event that raised more than $14,000 for cancer research this weekend.

In response to confusion in 47 states about Blockbuster Video's No Late Fees program, Blockbuster officials have agreed to clarify the terms of the policy for customers in those states, including Pennsylvania.

The annual Penn State football team Coaches Clinic opened a small window into the normally windowless world of spring practice and confirmed two things everybody already knew.

Fire up the planes because the women's gymnastics team is going to take one more trip this year.

Few teams have won back-to-back championships, let alone one. The Boston Celtics were champions from 1959-66, the Pittsburgh Penguins won the Stanley Cup consecutively in the early '90s, and Luis Vargas, a Penn State men's gymnast, was the repeat national all-around champion this past weekend at the national championship held at West Point, N.Y.

Blue skies and warm temperatures greeted participants at the starting line of the sixth annual Coaches vs. Cancer 5K Walk/Run yesterday.

The Office of Judicial Affairs has issued sanctions against two members of the 2004 Penn State football team who accepted re-sponsibility for a January bow-and-arrow incident, a university press release stated Friday.
