Penn State alumnus Dean Blackstock performs with Eric Goeller (senior-psychology), offstage, at the Crowbar, 420 E. College Ave., during a benefit concert for The Second Mile. The show, held on Wednesday night, was entitled “Philanthropic Phunk” and featured State College performers Dr. Naqleus and The Daily Supplement. Proceeds benefited The Second Mile, a statewide organization founded locally in 1977 to provide children with support and positive human contact. The event was sponsored by the Professional Management Association.
