Thirteen Penn State students were arraigned yesterday in connection with an Oct. 24 trespassing incident on the property of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, 417 E. Prospect Ave.

Violations incurred Wednesday during Undergraduate Student Government (USG) elections that could affect the outcome of the elections did not reach the USG Supreme Court last night.

In light of recent violence and threats to federal judges, the possibility of threats on local judges and attorneys has caused some concern, but most officials agree that Centre County doesn't have a serious problem.
