Theft: Aluminum casings were stolen from the Applied Research Lab between noon last Monday and 8 a.m. Thursday, Penn State University Police said. About three pallets of the casings, which are used for research, were stolen. The casings are two to three inches long and a few inches thick. The value of the casings is estimated at $2,300.
Theft: A cell phone was stolen between 5 and 5:10 p.m. Thursday from Findlay Commons, Penn State police said. The phone is valued at $350.
Burglary: A cell phone was stolen from an apartment sometime late Friday night or early Saturday morning from Nicholas Tower, 301 S. Pugh St., the State College Police Department said. The phone is valued at $330.
