Penn State University Police filed a citation yesterday against Kamela Gissendanner, of Clairton, for theft of services for an incident that occurred March 22 in Lot 42. Gissendanner, a guard on the Penn State women's basketball team, transferred to the Lady Lions from North Carolina State before the 2004-05 basketball season, but did not play as per NCAA rules regarding a transfer from one Division I school to another.
