Penn State University Police filed two citations yesterday against Richard P. Ohrnberger, of Hartranft Hall. Ohrnberger, a redshirt freshman on the Penn State football team, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, stemming from a Nov. 23 incident in Hartranft Hall.
